These License requirements of CPA will be discussed in the following sections of the articles.
The salary of a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) professional is such that it increases with experience, making it similar to any other profession.
We should start the article with an idea of the requirements that need to be met in order to practice as a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) professional. There are total three requirements which are needed to be fulfilled. I will begin with the very first requirement in which you need to crack the Certified Public Accounting (CPA) exam.
The first requirement is to qualify and then crack the Certified Public Accounting (CPA) exam. This is a prometric form of exam and takes place every two months. So, you get a chance to crack it every couple of months. Another thing that is important to mention is that the success ratio of both, qualifying for and cracking this exam is very low. This is not because the exam is very difficult, it is not; but this is because the applicants do not strike at it with the right approach. After clearing the exam, you are left with two more requirements to fulfill and then Certified Public Accounting (CPA) is not far.
The first requirement of clearing the Certified Public Accounting (CPA) exam is followed by submitting the duly signed form mentioning that you have undergone 2,000 hours of relevant accounting work under the supervision of another CPA. This form is to be submitted to the State board of Accountancy. This form is to be attested by your supervisor as well. After you are done with the above set of instructions, you can proceed towards the last requirement and finally practice as a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) professional.
The last requirement requires you to clear the CPA ethics exam. This exam is about the code and conduct of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounting (AICPA) and the course for the study is also available online.
Hence, these requirements make things easier and exam can be cracked more effectively
